Dore Chaponick

Dore Chaponick Jr., born on November 11, 1996, is an American racing driver with a diverse background spanning karting and various levels of sports car competition. Chaponick's career began in karting at the age of eight, quickly achieving success with the 2008 Florida Winter Tour Rotax Mini-Max Championship, which included three victories and five podiums. He continued his karting success, earning the Pan Am Rotax Junior Vice-Championship in 2010 and the Florida Winter Tour Rotax Junior Champion title in 2011. These achievements led to multiple appearances at the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals, representing Team USA.

Transitioning to cars, Chaponick gained experience in Formula 3, Formula E, and Formula Abarth through an extensive European testing program in 2012. In 2013, he debuted in North American open-wheel racing, competing in the US F-1000 series. He made his sports car debut in 2015 in the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA by Yokohama at Road America, driving for ANSA Motorsports. Chaponick has also participated in the Pirelli World Challenge, securing a pole position at COTA in 2016. In 2017, he expanded his racing endeavors to the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup, driving a Mercedes-AMG GT3 for Black Falcon.

Chaponick's career demonstrates versatility across different racing disciplines. While not currently active in racing, his past involvement includes karting, open-wheel cars, and GT racing, marking him as a driver with a wide range of experience.
