Dennis Trebing

Dennis Trebing is an American racing driver born on February 8, 1992, and raised in Cape Coral, Florida. As a dual citizen with German heritage, he is fluent in both English and German, which has proven useful in international press interactions. Trebing began his racing journey at 14 with karts at IMA in Florida, quickly achieving numerous wins and podium finishes. This early success propelled him into the Skip Barber Racing School, where he further honed his skills.

At 17, Trebing won the Skip Barber Racing School Southern Series Championship. In 2012, Dennis was selected as one of six finalists at track tests in Vallelunga (Italy) in February 2012. He became the first American to ever win a race in a Volkswagen Series in Europe. Since 2013, he has primarily focused on racing at the Nürburgring, competing in the VLN series and the ADAC 24 Hour race. In 2014, he secured a 2nd in class finish in the ADAC Zurich 24 Hour Race with RTR Teichmann Racing in a GT3 Cup Porsche, along with a VLN class win. Continuing at the Nürburgring in 2017, he achieved another 2nd in the Cup2 Class finish with Team75 Bernhard.

Outside of racing, Trebing has diverse interests, including tile installation. His favorite car is the Porsche 911 GT1, and his favorite track is the Nürburgring. He admires Michael Schumacher as his favorite driver.
