Christian England

Christian England, born on September 26, 1981, is a professional racing driver hailing from Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England. England's motorsport journey began at the young age of eight, finding his passion at the Wombwell go-karting track. This early start quickly evolved into a serious pursuit of motor racing. By 2002 and 2003, he had established himself as a rising talent, marked by his signing with Richard Dean's JLR British Formula Ford team in 2001.

His career gained momentum with six race wins in 2002 and a close second-place finish in the championship, narrowly missing out to Westley Barber. England's potential was further recognized with a nomination for the prestigious Young Driver 2002 McLaren Autosport BRDC Award. A move to Formula Three seemed imminent, with aspirations of reaching Formula One. However, financial constraints led him to step away from single-seater racing in 2003, after competing in the British Formula Three Championship.

After a hiatus from racing, England made a successful return to the sport. In 2016, he received an offer from United Autosports to join their European Le Mans Series LMP3 team. He secured sponsorship and achieved second place in the Road to Le Mans, followed by winning the 2016 European Le Mans Series LMP3 alongside Mike Guasch and Alex Brundle. Throughout his career, Christian England has participated in 72 races, securing 12 wins, 32 podium finishes, 11 pole positions, and 5 fastest laps.
