Charles Luck IV

Charles "Charlie" Luck IV is an American racing driver and businessman with a diverse motorsport background. Born into the Luck family, known for leading Luck Companies, Charlie initially pursued his passion for racing, competing in the NASCAR Busch Series (now Xfinity Series) from 1982 to 1986. He made 106 starts, securing five top-five and 38 top-10 finishes, with a best result of second place on two occasions. After stepping away from racing to focus on his family and business, Luck returned to motorsports in 2017.

Since his return, Luck has primarily focused on sports car racing, participating in series such as the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA by Yokohama and the SRO GT World Challenge America. Driving a Porsche 911 GT3 R, he teamed up with Jan Heylen in the GT World Challenge America, showcasing his adaptability and competitiveness. In 2021, Luck dominated the GT America series, clinching the overall and Masters class championships. More recently, Luck has been seen competing in the Fanatec GT World Challenge America series, demonstrating his continued passion for racing.

Beyond his on-track endeavors, Luck is the President and CEO of Luck Companies, a multi-state organization involved in stone, ecosystems, and real estate ventures. His leadership extends to founding the InnerWill Leadership Institute, emphasizing values-based leadership. While fully engaged in his business responsibilities, Charlie Luck IV continues to pursue his passion for racing, balancing his professional career with his love for motorsports.
