Catesby Jones

Catesby Jones is an American racing driver known for his participation in various racing series, including the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge and American Endurance Racing (AER). Jones began his racing journey in 2016 and has since accumulated experience in multiple events and stints. He is a founder of Team ACP – Tangerine Associates.

Jones and his teammate Ken Goldberg rekindled their racing partnership after many years and started competing in amateur and grassroots racing events, including BMW CCA Club Racing, World Racing League (WRL), and AER. Initially, they rented BMWs for races before establishing their own team and acquiring M240i Racing cars. They later transitioned to M2 CS Racing cars and eventually an M4 GT4, expanding their opportunities to race in other series.

In 2022, Jones and his team participated in the 24H Series 24-hour race at Sebring, securing a third-place podium finish in the GT4 class despite facing significant challenges during the race. Jones has also demonstrated his skills in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, with recent participation in events at Daytona International Speedway. Throughout his racing career, Catesby Jones has shown dedication and passion for the sport, continuously seeking new opportunities to compete and achieve success on the track.
