Anthony Beltoise, born on July 21, 1971, is a French racing driver with a rich motorsport heritage. He is the son of the late Jean-Pierre Beltoise, a former Grand Prix motorcycle racer and Formula One driver, and the nephew of François Cevert, adding to his family's legacy in the racing world.
Beltoise began his racing career relatively late, at the age of 21, entering the French Formula Renault in 1993. Progressing through the ranks, he competed in French Formula Three, achieving second place in the 1996 championship. He then participated in the International Formula 3000 season in 1997 before switching to sports car racing in 1998.
His career highlights include winning the French Porsche Carrera Cup three times (2005, 2006, and 2008) and the French GT Championship twice (2011 and 2012). In 1999, he secured a victory at the Spa 24 Hours. In 2000, he achieved podium finishes in the GTS class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the 12 Hours of Sebring and also stood on the podium at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring. More recently, Beltoise has participated in GT events and electric GT series, showcasing his adaptability across various racing disciplines. In 2025, he switched to the Ultimate Cup European Series.
