Andrey Borodin

Andrey Borodin, a Russian driver, has carved a niche for himself in the world of GT racing. Born on May 24, 1967, Borodin's journey into motorsport began relatively recently, making his debut in the 2020 Porsche Sprint Challenge. Despite his late start, he has quickly gained experience and demonstrated a commitment to the sport, primarily competing in GT series.

Borodin's racing career has been closely associated with the Greystone GT team. He made his debut with them in the 2021 GT Cup, securing several podiums in his first events. This success propelled him to the British GT Championship, where he achieved a GT3 Silver-Am podium finish at Donington Park in 2022. In 2023, he contested a full season in British GT alongside experienced driver Oli Webb, forming a Pro-Am partnership. The duo then ventured into the International GT Open in 2024. For the 2025 season, Borodin and Webb are set to make a full-time return to the British GT Championship with Greystone GT, piloting a new McLaren 720S GT3 Evo. As part of his preparation, Borodin will also participate in the opening round of the GT Cup at Donington.
