Alexander Rossi

Alexander Rossi, born on September 25, 1991, is a highly accomplished American racing driver currently competing in the IndyCar Series for Ed Carpenter Racing. Rossi's career began in the United States before he transitioned to Europe to pursue his Formula 1 ambitions. He achieved his F1 debut in 2015, participating in five Grands Prix for Manor Marussia.

Returning to the United States in 2016, Rossi joined Andretti Herta Autosport in the IndyCar Series and made history by winning the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500 as a rookie, the first since 2001. His success in IndyCar includes multiple race wins, and he has consistently been a strong contender in the series.

Beyond IndyCar, Rossi has showcased his versatility in various racing disciplines, including wins in the GP2 Series and participation in prestigious endurance races such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the 24 Hours of Daytona, which he won in 2021. Off the track, Rossi co-hosts the "Off Track with Hinch & Rossi" podcast and enjoys hobbies like skiing, dirt biking, and flying, having recently earned his private pilot license. He is married to Kelly and enjoys spending time with his dogs at Lake Tahoe.
