In 2022, TOYOTA GAZOO Racing China was honored to be the first team in China to introduce two GR SUPRA GT4 race cars and officially joined the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Customer Racing Team. During the same period, the team won both the Team and Driver of the Year titles in the China GT Championship.

In 2023, TOYOTA GAZOO Racing China was upgraded to the official team of TOYOTA GAZOO Racing China with the support of Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co. In its first journey to participate in the China Endurance Championship (CEC), the team was once again honored with both the Team and Driver of the Year titles for its outstanding performance, marking its further consolidation and enhancement in the field of motorsports.

Currently, TOYOTA GAZOO Racing China is the only team operating the GR SUPRA GT4 EVO in China, which not only reflects its relentless pursuit of racing performance, but also demonstrates its continuous investment in technological innovation. While actively participating in sprint and endurance races at home and abroad, the team also works closely with Toyota China officials to participate in model testing, marketing activities, and the promotion of automotive sports, and is committed to promoting the development and prosperity of China's motorsports culture.
