Tengku Djan Ley

Tengku Djan Ley bin Tengku Mahaleel, born on December 30, 1976, is a prominent Malaysian professional racing and drift driver. Known as the "Prince of Drift," Tengku Djan has showcased his skills across various racing disciplines, including formula racing, touring cars, drifting, and eRacing. His versatility and passion have made him a celebrated figure in Malaysian motorsports.

Tengku Djan's achievements include winning the D1 Grand Prix Malaysia in 2006, the Formula Drift Asia series in 2009 and 2010, and the Merdeka Millennium Endurance Race in 2005 and 2006. He has also participated in international events such as the FIA GT Zhuhai Supercar 500 and the D1 Grand Prix "All-Star" World Championship. In 2011, he won the All-Star Professional Thailand Drift Series. Beyond racing, he has held management positions, including Head of Lotus Cars Malaysia and Head of Proton Motorsports.

Currently, Tengku Djan serves as the Gazoo Racing Ambassador in Malaysia and as a brand ambassador for Toyo Tires. His extensive technical knowledge and enthusiasm for driving enable him to advocate for these brands effectively. With a career spanning over two decades, Tengku Djan continues to inspire and contribute to the growth of motorsports in Malaysia and beyond.
