Samin Gomez

Samin Gomez is a Venezuelan former racing driver born on February 4, 1992. Gomez began her racing career at the young age of seven, participating in karting competitions, including the Panamerican Championship. Demonstrating early promise, she transitioned to Europe to further hone her skills in the Formula Kart France series in 2007.

In 2008, Gomez made the move to single-seater racing cars, initially with guest appearances in the Asian Formula Renault Challenge. By 2009, she was competing in a full season, followed by a successful 2010 campaign with Top Speed Racing, where she achieved third place overall in the series, securing three podium finishes at the Zhuhai International Circuit. Returning to Europe in 2011, she continued her association with Jenzer Motorsport, racing in the Italian Formula Abarth championship and making guest appearances for EuroInternational. In 2012, she contested a full season in Formula Abarth, finishing seventh overall with two podiums. Gomez's career was supported by PDVSA, the Venezuelan state oil company, reflecting a broader investment in motorsports at the time.
