Rudy van Buren, born on April 4, 1992, is a Dutch racing driver making a name for himself in both the real and virtual racing worlds. Starting his motorsport journey with karting at the age of eight, he quickly achieved success, becoming the Dutch Karting Champion in 2003. After his karting stint, Van Buren transitioned to sim racing, where he further honed his skills. His breakthrough came in 2017 when he won the World's Fastest Gamer competition, beating over 30,000 applicants. This victory earned him the role of McLaren's official simulator driver for 2018, contributing to the development of their Formula 1 car.

Beyond sim racing, Rudy has experience in real-world racing, including Porsche Carrera Cup and Supercup in 2020-2022, and European and National Autocross starts in 2021-2022. Currently, he serves as a Simulator and Development Driver for Red Bull Racing, providing valuable feedback to the team.

Looking ahead, Rudy van Buren has set ambitious goals, including participating in the Dakar Rally, GT3 endurance racing, and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He is also a driver coach, sharing his expertise with aspiring racers.
