Nicola Lacorte, born on June 1, 2007, is a promising Italian racing driver currently poised to make his mark in the FIA Formula 3 Championship in 2025 with DAMS Lucas Oil. Hailing from the Pisa region of Italy, Lacorte's journey in motorsports began at the young age of six in karting, before transitioning to single-seater racing in 2022. He is also a member of the Alpine Academy.
In 2023, Lacorte competed in both the Formula 4 UAE Championship and the Italian F4 Championship with Prema Racing. While his campaign in the UAE series wasn't particularly successful, he shone in the Italian F4, securing a podium in the first race at Imola and later claiming his first victory. 2024 saw him participate in the Formula Regional Oceania Championship with M2 Competition, where he won a race at Hampton Downs Motorsport Park and finished tenth overall. He also competed in the Formula Regional European Championship with Trident.
