Luca Hirst, born on October 7, 1994, is a racing driver and team principal from the United Kingdom. Hirst's motorsport journey began in karting, where he achieved significant success, including the 2012 Easykart British Championship and KGP Super One British Championship.
Transitioning to car racing in 2014, Hirst entered the Ginetta GT5 Challenge, showcasing his engineering skills by building his Ginetta G40 with his partner. He impressed with a top-ten points finish in his debut season. After a break from racing, Hirst returned to the track in 2021 in the Millers Oils Ginetta GT4 SuperCup with his own team, Raceway Motorsport.
Beyond driving, Hirst is the team principal of Raceway Motorsport, a successful team competing in various Ginetta championships, British GT, and the Porsche Cayman Sprint Challenge. The team has consistently won titles since 2020, demonstrating Hirst's leadership and expertise in motorsport management. Raceway Motorsport is committed to supporting drivers and achieving success in the Ginetta GT Academy and GT Championship, and plans to run multiple cars in these championships.
