John Tecce is an American racing driver and director of the Florida-based BGB Motorsports team. Tecce, born on July 29, 1976, has been running Porsches in North American GT competition since 2004. His team specializes in building Porsches for racing. In 2019, Tecce co-drove a Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport with Tom Collingwood, finishing third in the Pirelli GT4 America SprintX East Am standings with a win at VIR.
Tecce's success stems from his ability to set up race cars and find the right drivers. He aims to run the Rolex 24 at Daytona in a GT3 car and compete in the IMSA series. In July 2024, Tecce participated in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge - Grand Sport at Mosport.
