Hamza Owega is a German racing driver born on September 29, 1991, in Cologne. Currently associated with W Racing Team (WRT), Owega has been making his mark in the GT racing scene. His favorite track is the Nürburgring, and he admires Lando Norris as his favorite current driver, while holding Michael Schumacher as his all-time favorite.
Owega's career highlights include securing 3rd place in the ADAC GT4 Germany in 2019, 6th in the Pro Am GT4 Euro in 2018, and 1st in the Cayman GT4 Trophy (VLN) in 2017. In 2020, he competed in the GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup. Owega finished 3rd in the Silver Cup. His personal goal is to win the Silver Cup Title in the GT World Challenge with WRT.
