Gregory Peter Romanelli is an American racing driver with experience in various racing series, most notably the Ferrari Challenge North America. His debut year in the Ferrari Challenge was 2014. Throughout his career in the series, he has contested 33 races. In 2015, he achieved his best season result, finishing 2nd in the Trofeo Pirelli North America. He secured his first top 10 finish at Daytona Race-1 in 2014.
Romanelli's career faced a significant setback in 2016 due to a crash at Lime Rock, resulting in severe leg injuries, including a broken femur and ankle. He underwent emergency surgery and received extensive care at Ryder Trauma Center, which he and his family deeply appreciated, leading them to support the Jackson Health Foundation.
Beyond his driving career, Gregory is involved in TR3 Racing, a motorsports team founded in 2015 alongside his brothers Arthur and Oliver Romanelli. The team has participated in series such as the GT World Challenge America, IMSA SportsCar Championship, and Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America. TR3 Racing has achieved success, including class victories in the GT World Challenge America.
