Franco Girolami, born on February 14, 1992, is a highly accomplished Argentine motor racing driver with a diverse and successful career spanning various racing disciplines. Girolami's talent became evident early on, as he clinched the Formula Renault Plus championship in 2011 and followed it up with a TC2000 title in 2012. He further showcased his versatility by venturing into Súper TC2000 in 2013 with the Chevrolet Argentina factory team and Top Race V6 the subsequent year.

Between 2015 and 2019, Girolami was a consistent frontrunner in TRV6, driving for Gabriel Furlán's team with Mitsubishi cars. His efforts culminated in winning the 2018 title, narrowly beating seven-time champion Agustín Canapino, with his brother Néstor Girolami finishing third. In 2019, he secured five race wins and finished as the championship runner-up. Venturing beyond Argentina, Girolami participated in Stock Car Brasil in 2018 as a guest driver.

More recently, Girolami has found success in the highly competitive world of touring car racing. In 2021, he marked his presence in both TCR Italy and TCR Europe, winning races in both series. He truly made his mark in 2022 by winning the TCR Europe title with Audi Sport Team Comtoyou PSS, achieving four wins and consistent podium finishes. In 2023, he added another title to his resume by winning the TCR Italy Touring Car Championship with Aikoa Racing. Franco is the brother of racing driver Néstor Girolami.
