Dylan Murcott, born on August 6, 1992, is an American sports car and stock car racing driver. Murcott's career highlights include winning the 2017 Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge GS championship with Dillon Machavern, driving the No. 28 Porsche Cayman GT4 MR for Team RS1. Despite securing only one race win during the season, their consistent performance led them to the title.
In 2018, Murcott ventured into the NASCAR Xfinity Series, making his debut at Mid-Ohio driving the No. 55 Toyota for JP Motorsports. Unfortunately, his first race ended prematurely due to a brake failure. He also participated in a race at Charlotte Motor Speedway, piloting the No. 8 Chevrolet for B. J. McLeod Motorsports, where he finished 30th.
Murcott's racing journey began in motocross in 2007, transitioning to SCCA cars in 2011. In SCCA, he achieved significant success, amassing 12 victories and 45 top-five finishes in 57 starts over two years. More recently, he has been competing in the Michelin Pilot Challenge.
