Chi Yung Kenneth Lau

Chi Yung Kenneth Lau, born on June 6, 1960, is a Hong Kong S.A.R. racing driver and businessman with a diverse career in motorsport. Lau began his racing journey in 2004 in the Asian Formula Renault Series, where he honed his skills for several years, eventually achieving 8th place in the Masters standings in 2014. He has also participated in the Hong Kong Touring Car Championship and the Clio Cup China Series, securing a notable 2nd place in the Clio Cup China Series championship in 2010.

Lau's career includes participation in various racing series, such as the Asian Touring Car Series, where he finished 2nd in 2011. In 2015, he debuted in the TCR Asia Series, driving a Honda Civic TCR for Prince Racing. That same year, he also participated in select rounds of the TCR International Series. More recently, Lau has been involved in the Ferrari Challenge APAC, with his debut in 2019, achieving a best season result of 5th in the Coppa Shell AM APAC.

Throughout his career, Lau has demonstrated his passion for racing across different disciplines. He continues to be an active participant in motorsport, as shown by his recent races in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia - Pro-Am class. With a Bronze FIA Driver Categorisation, Lau combines his racing pursuits with his business endeavors, contributing to the vibrant motorsport scene in Hong Kong.
