Antonin Bernard

Antonin Bernard is a French racing driver with a diverse background in motorsports and other sports. Born in the Ain region of France, he spent his childhood alternating between karting and skiing. This early exposure to both sports instilled in him a competitive spirit and a well-rounded skillset. He achieved regional success in karting, winning the Bourgogne Franche-Comté championship twice. He also competed in the French skiing championships and even Swiss volleyball championships, showcasing his athletic versatility.

Currently, Antonin is pursuing an engineering degree at EIGSI in La Rochelle. He balances his studies with his passion for sports by working as a ski instructor. In 2022, he participated in the Eskootr (electric scooter) World Championship, where he unfortunately suffered a wrist fracture. Undeterred, he returned to motorsports in 2024, competing in the TWIN'CUP FFSA French Championship alongside his father and a friend. This experience led him to found the Chaumettes Racing Team, which showed promising results, including a 6th place finish at Le Mans, despite some initial mechanical challenges.

Looking ahead, Antonin is set to join the Écurie Française for the entire 2025 season of the FUNYO FFSA championship. He hopes to channel his karting experience and skiing-honed balance into success on the track. Antonin's racing idol is Jenson Button, whom he met at the Monaco Grand Prix as a child.
