In 2018, Kmik Karnasuta secured the Porsche Cayman GT4 Trophy Thailand and GTC titles. In the Porsche Sprint Trophy Thailand, he has teamed up with drivers such as Munkong Sathienthirakul and Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak. Notably, he achieved a GTM class victory with Sathienthirakul in a night race at Sepang. He also earned a GTM podium with Nattachak Hanjitkasem at the Bangsaen Street Circuit.
