Nicholas Shanny

Nicholas Shanny is an American racing driver who began his racing career in 2016. Shanny has participated in American Endurance Racing (AER) events, showcasing his talents at iconic tracks like Watkins Glen, Mid-Ohio, and New Jersey Motorsports Park. He achieved one first-place finish, two second-place finishes, and three third-place finishes, totaling six podiums. In addition to AER, Shanny has been involved in the SRO series, driving a Toyota Supra GT4.

Beyond racing, Nicholas Shanny has a diverse background as a retired software developer and entrepreneur. He co-founded TripAdvisor and worked there for almost 20 years. More recently, Shanny has been competing in both GT America powered by AWS and Pirelli GT4 America championships with Carrus Callas Raceteam. A Wisconsin native, Road America holds a special place for Shanny as his home track.
