Laurent Cazenave

Laurent Cazenave is a French auto racing driver born on April 25, 1978, in Pau, France. Cazenave's career began in single-seaters, finishing third in Class B of the 1997 French Formula Ford Championship. He transitioned to saloon car racing in 1999, spending two years in the French Super Production Championship where he secured third place overall in his second year with two race wins driving a Peugeot 306.

Since then, Cazenave has been a regular competitor in the French GT Championship, piloting various cars such as a Porsche 996, a Chrysler Viper, and a Corvette C5. In 2001, he participated in six rounds of the FIA GT Championship driving a Porsche 911 for Haberthur Racing. He also made appearances in the FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) at his home race in Pau in both 2008 and 2009, driving for the Wiechers-Sport Team. Outside of racing, his favorite racetrack is Pau Ville.
