Junichi Umemoto

Junichi Umemoto is a Japanese racing driver with extensive experience in motorsports. He is the founder of J's Racing, a company specializing in Honda vehicles and known for its tuning parts both in Japan and overseas. Umemoto has participated in over 100 official races, demonstrating his long-standing commitment to the sport.

In January 2025, Umemoto joined the German team asBest Racing for the Dubai 24 Hours race, driving a Seat Cupra Leon TCR in the TCE Class. His teammates included Akshay Gupta, Lutz Obermann, Henrik Sandell, and Nadir Zuhour.
