Helmut Rödig

Helmut Rödig is an Austrian racing driver with a Bronze FIA Driver Categorisation. He has participated in various GT series, demonstrating his skills behind the wheel of Porsche machinery.

In 2019, Rödig competed in the 24H GT Series - European Championship, driving a Porsche 991 GT3 Cup for MRS GT-Racing. That same year, he also participated in the Porsche Super Sports Cup Germany, finishing 11th in the 5F class with MRS Cup Racing, again piloting a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup 991. In 2020, Rödig took part in the 24H Series - GT3 Am, driving a Porsche 911 GT3 R (991 II) for Dinamic Motorsport, where his team secured a 10th place finish. Most recently, in January 2024, he participated in the 24H Series Middle East Trophy at the Hankook 24H Dubai with NEUHOFER RENNSPORT BY MRS GT, driving a Porsche 992 GT3 Cup, although the team did not finish the race. While official records show he has yet to achieve a podium finish or win a race, Rödig continues to be an active participant in GT racing.
