Eric Palmer

Eric Palmer is an American racing driver who began his professional career in 2019. Palmer made his debut in the SRO GT4 America program and also gained experience driving a Global MX-5 Cup ND1 car at the local SCCA level, earning Rookie of the Year honors in the SCCA Milwaukee Region.

In 2019, Palmer joined Copeland Motorsports in the Battery Tender Global MX-5 Cup Challenge, showcasing his ambition by stating his desire to win and contribute to the team's championship aspirations. Later that year, he teamed up with his father, Greg Palmer, in a Ligier JS P3 Nissan for the IMSA Prototype Challenge season-opener at Daytona with Jr III Racing.

The father-son duo continued their partnership with Jr III Racing, securing their first top-five finish at Sebring International Raceway in the IMSA Prototype Challenge. Eric's performance at Sebring demonstrated his ability to improve his lap times and persevere through challenging track conditions, contributing to the team's success. He attended Lake Forest College near Chicago.
