Douglas Khoo

Douglas Khoo Kok Hui, born on May 21, 1965, is a Malaysian racing driver and team principal known for his versatility and dedication to motorsports. Khoo began his racing career in 2014 in the Asia Classic Car Challenge, where he secured second place in the championship. In October 2015, he transitioned to the highly competitive TCR Asia Series and TCR International Series, driving a SEAT León Cup Racer for Niza Racing. His consistent performance led him to finish as 1st Runner Up in the Amateur Driver's Championship and 7th in the Overall Driver's Championship in 2016.

Khoo's passion extends beyond driving, as he leads Viper Niza Racing. The team has participated in various prestigious events, including the TCR Asia Series, TCR International Series, TCR Thailand Series, Asian Le Mans Series, Blancpain GT Series, Michelin Le Mans Cup, and the Sepang 12-Hour Endurance Race. A significant achievement for Khoo and Viper Niza Racing was winning the Touring Car Category at the 2016 Sepang 12 Hours race and a class win at the 2019 TCR SPA500 24-Hour endurance race in Belgium. He also led Viper Niza Racing as the first all-Malaysian team to take part in the Road To Le Mans race in 2019.

More recently, in March 2025, Khoo, along with Dominic Ang and Melvin Moh, secured victory in the GT AM Masters class and second place in the GT AM class at the Motul 12 Hours of Sepang, driving a Mercedes-AMG GT3. Khoo's dedication to motorsports extends to nurturing young talent, as he provides opportunities for students to learn the fundamentals of racing with Viper Niza Racing.
