Chuck Cassaro

Chuck Cassaro is an American racing driver who has made a name for himself in the Trans Am Series. Cassaro is particularly known for his success in the TA3 class (formerly GGT), where he secured two consecutive championships in 2012 and 2013. In 2012 he was also named GGT Rookie of the Year. Known as the "Fan's Man" for his engaging social media presence and interaction with fans, Cassaro has been praised for keeping fans up-to-date with happenings in the paddock through pictures, posts, and videos.

Driving the #76 StackData/Aeromotive/Metallica Ford Mustang, Cassaro demonstrated his ability to compete at the front of the field. His 2013 title defense was marked by resilience, particularly after a significant crash at Brainerd International Raceway that required hospitalization. Despite the setback, he returned to the track to continue his championship pursuit.

Cassaro's early career involved piloting a Panoz GT before switching to the Mustang, demonstrating the viability of the TA3 class as a competitive platform. Throughout his Trans Am career, Cassaro has accumulated multiple wins, poles, podiums and fastest laps and continues to be a respected figure in the Trans Am paddock.
