Daniel O'brien

Daniel O'Brien is an Irish racing driver with experience in various motorsport disciplines. Beginning his career in karting at age 12, he quickly transitioned to rallycross at 14. In 2008, O'Brien secured both the British and Irish Junior Rallycross Championships, becoming the youngest driver to achieve this feat.

Moving beyond the junior category, O'Brien entered the Supermodified group, showcasing his talent in a highly modified KA. He achieved several podium finishes before an accident at Mallory Park sidelined him.

O'Brien transitioned to stage rallying in 2010, competing in the British Rally Challenge before entering the full British Championship in 2011. He later showcased his versatility by winning his first outing in a four-wheel-drive car, a Focus WRC machine. More recently, in 2015, he shifted his focus to circuit racing, participating in the Ginetta GT5 Challenge and finishing 7th overall in his debut season. In 2016, he competed in the GT Cup series, where he was crowned GTA Champion and finished 3rd overall. 2017 saw him crowned 24 hour series GT4 Champion, taking a podium at each finishing round and a win in the Dubai 24 hours.
