José Manuel "Manu" Urcera, born on July 9, 1991, is a prominent Argentine motor racing driver hailing from San Antonio Oeste, Río Negro Province. Urcera's career began in motocross before transitioning to car racing. He debuted in TC Mouras in 2012 with JP Racing, also participating in Turismo Nacional (TN) Clase 2.
