Rianna O'meara-hunt

Rianna O'Meara-Hunt, a 23-year-old racing driver hailing from Wellington, New Zealand, has been making waves in the motorsport world. Currently residing in the UK to further her racing ambitions, Rianna's journey began in karting, where she achieved significant success, including becoming the first junior female to win an Australian Rotax Pro Tour event and a New Zealand Rotax Max Challenge round in 2017. She also represented New Zealand at the ROK World Finals in Italy in 2019 and 2020.

O'Meara-Hunt transitioned to car racing, competing in the Toyota 86 Championship in New Zealand. Her career gained momentum when she won the Heart of Racing driver shootout in 2022, leading to a seat in the SRO GT4 America SprintX Championship in 2023. Partnering with Hannah Grisham, she made history by becoming the first all-female team to win an Aston Martin race, securing a double victory at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. In 2023, she became the first female pro driver appointed to the Quinn-owned circuits in New Zealand.

In early 2024, Rianna was selected for the Aston Martin Racing Elite Academy and relocated to Europe. She has since competed in the GT Cup with Forsetti Motorsport, achieving multiple podium finishes, including a win at Snetterton. Rianna also participated in the 24h Dubai International race, finishing third in the GT4 class with Century MotorSport. Beyond racing, Rianna aims to inspire young people, particularly women, to pursue their dreams in motorsport and beyond, championing inclusion and diversity in the sport. In 2025 she is slated to be a racebird pilot for the E1 World Championship.
