Finn Unteroberdörster

Finn Unteroberdörster is a German racing driver born on February 26, 1998. As of March 2025, he is 27 years old. He currently competes in the VLN (now NLS) – Langstrecken Meisterschaft Nürburgring. His career statistics show that he has participated in 15 races, securing one win and one podium finish. This translates to a race win percentage of 6.67% and a podium percentage of 6.67%.

Unteroberdörster's passion for racing was ignited by his father, Uwe Unteroberdörster's success in VLN. He recalls stories and memories of his father's VLN adventures fueling his dream to follow in his footsteps. He began his racing career relatively late, foregoing karting and instead learning the ropes through "Touristenfahrten" (public driving sessions) on the Nürburgring at the age of 18. He then progressed to the Rundstrecken Challenge Nürburgring (RCN) before making his VLN debut.

In his VLN debut race in 2018, Finn Unteroberdörster secured his maiden class win with the Waldow Performance Renault Mégane RS. Before VLN, he finished the RCN season in 6th place overall with three class wins. He also achieved two wins in three races, leading the VT2 standings and occupying a spot in the VLN Junior-Trophäe, Produktionswagen-Trophäe, and overall VLN championship.
