Tom O'Gorman, born on October 22, 1991, is a versatile American racing driver hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio. O'Gorman's career spans numerous motorsport disciplines, showcasing his adaptability and skill across various platforms. He began his racing journey early, participating in local SCCA autocross events as a teenager and quickly progressing through the ranks.
O'Gorman's success extends to SCCA ProSolo, SCCA Time Trials, UMI's King of the Mountain, One Lap of America, WRL, 25 Hours of Thunderhill, ChampCar Endurance Series, Pirelli World Challenge, Gridlife Touring Cup, and the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge. Notably, he clinched the TCB Championship in the Pirelli World Challenge in 2016 and the GLTC Championship in 2022, marking significant milestones in his career. In 2013, he earned the prestigious SCCA Driver of the Year Award and the SCCA Triad Award.
Currently, O'Gorman competes in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge with Rockwell Autosport Development TOMO Racing. Beyond his on-track endeavors, O'Gorman is a sought-after racing coach, sharing his expertise with drivers of all levels. He has also raced in the Gridlife Touring Cup series with ASM.
